The Institute of Hospitality has confirmed endorsement for 12 online compliance training courses offered by Allara Global.
Allara Global provides online learning solutions for the hospitality industry, aiming to improve skills and enhance performance. Formed in Sydney, Australia in 2021, the company is associated with the group Allara Learning, which was founded by Andrew Lewis, CEO in 2009.
The 12 compliance courses receiving IoH endorsement cover essential topics including food safety, disability and equality, diversity and inclusion, fire safety, food allergy, modern slavery, and workplace health and safety.
