Belinda who has been a member of the Institute of Hospitality since 1999, is currently a faculty member in Organisational Behaviour and HRM at the Lagos Business School (LBS) in Nigeria. She has worked in vocational hospitality education and training and has substantial consulting experience in sub-Saharan Africa.
