The Skills for Chefs Conference, which takes place on 28-29 June 2023 in Sheffield, England, sees Brian return to the conference 25 years after he first presented at the conference in 1998.
David McKown MBE FIH, Conference Director commented: “We are delighted that Brian returns this year. He is one of Britain’s most well-known and loved chefs since he won a rare Michelin Star in the 1970s. Brian will close a busy conference schedule, which includes ‘An Audience with Marco Pierre White’ and our gala dinner.”
Brian is President of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and was awarded a CBE for his services to tourism and training in the hospitality industry by the late HM Queen Elizabeth II in her 2002 birthday honours list.
