Phil’s mission was to explore a truly transformative initiative called Release on Temporary License (ROTL), which was introduced to IoH CEO Robert Richardson FIH MI at the IoH North Region’s “Thrive in the North” hospitality conference earlier this year.
The ROTL initiative aims to integrate ex-offenders and current offenders into the hospitality industry.
