Peter who is a well-known face and voice at IoH and industry events has over 40 years in the hospitality industry, 21 of which was as CEO of Pride of Britain Hotels and not only adds gravitas to events but also his amazing sense of wit and good humour.
The golf day, run in association with H&C News and in partnership with Meiko UK, now in its third year, has already sold out the four-ball team slots but tickets for the sumptuous dinner and lively charity auction are still available.
The auction raises money for the Institute’s Youth Council, supporting their work by providing mentoring, networking and professional development support to young hospitality professionals.
