Episode 25 of our monthly ‘I’m In’ podcast, hosted by Phil Street FIH, is available to members today and talks about the importance of the Front Office Manager.

Following the success of episode 19 where we looked into the importance of the Front of house Manager, we thought it only right and fair to delve into the importance of that role’s close relative, the Front Office Manager.
