IoH South East region committee members announced

The new IoH South East Region’s chair Francisco Macedo FIH MI, has announced his regional committee to help drive local IoH activities forward.

 Outlining the plans for the new IoH South East region, Francisco Macedo FIH MI SJS said: “I am delighted to confirm our South East Region committee members, representing areas of our lovely industry from hotels to the public sector, are now in place and excited to get started.

“Our focus over the next few weeks will be creating a calendar of events across the region which will provide opportunities to engage, connect and network across all areas of our sector, whilst remaining relevant to the pressing challenges that we continue to face as an industry” confirmed Francisco.

This is the latest development in the rollout of the new IoH English regional restructure which was announced earlier this year by IoH CEO Robert Richardson FIH MI. IoH London was the first to re-launch earlier this month and the remaining IoH North, Midlands, South West and East of England regions are set to re-launch in the coming months.

Working alongside Francisco to help bring the new IoH South East region to life, Robert Richardson FIH MI said: “It has been a pleasure working with Francisco and his senior team, to help align the region’s strategic framework to the IoH’s vision of delivering added value and relevant engagement to our local members. His new committee is a group of talented and inspiring individuals who have a fantastic depth and breadth of experience from across the industry. It will be an exciting year.”

• James McComas FIH – IoH South East Region Employability Champion and General Manager at Champneys Eastwell Manor Hotel & Spa
• Robert Ledward-Smith FIH SJS – IoH South East Region Partnerships Champion
• Michael Hales MIH – IoH South East Region Public Sector Champion and Managing Director at Juniper Ventures Limited
• Wallace Vincent FIH – IoH South East Region Hospitality Champion and Executive Secretary at The Master Innholders
