
The Institute of Hospitality has confirmed endorsement for Tea Fundamentals: From Leaf to Cup, Wine Fundamentals: From Vine to Wine, and Wine Service Skills for Hospitality Professionals delivered by Camellia and Vine, a specialist wine and tea training and event company founded by Leona De Pasquale.
The programmes are available to new entrants into the industry seeking to gain basic knowledge, and employees of small restaurants, pubs and bars, large catering groups, hotel and restaurant groups, where increased knowledge of wines and teas will have a greater impact on the overall business. Additionally, Wine Service Skills for Hospitality Professionals is suitable for staff who need to serve wine at work but who do not drink wine for health or religious reasons.
The Professional Review Panel commended the well-planned workshops for providing a wide range of student activities to enhance learning and also commended:
