IoH Fellow publishes book in aid of Hospitality Action

John Roberts FIH has funded the publishing of his book; A Capon is? in aid of Hospitality Action which tells the light-hearted story of a young chef’s career in the mid-1960s and mid-1970s in leading London Hotels and restaurants.
