Created by Chef & Restaurant Magazine, and with a plethora of supporters including Gordon Ramsay, Tom Kerridge and James Martin, Choose Hospitality is set to become the go-to resource for any person interested in a career in hospitality.
The initiative falls into three stages – Engage, Resource and Support:
Engage – a series of films. Professionals within the sector, alongside global names such as Gordon Ramsay, Tom Kerridge, James Martin and Lisa Allen offer their words on why you should “Choose Hospitality’.
Resource: Choose Hospitality is a platform for any person interested in, or training for, a career in any one of the many disciplines of the hospitality sector. Career and employment advice, apprenticeships, college study. Video tutorials, inspiration, case studies. Q & As with leading industry figures.
Support: A 100% free of charge, fully digital Choose Hospitality publication. Published to coincide with academic terms; September, December, Easter and Summer break. Inspirational, motivational and relevant.
A preview of Choose Hospitality will be released on Saturday 18 September, with the first two episodes of Choose Hospitality film and launch edition of the Choose Hospitality publication. The resource platform will be released in the following weeks.
