Wavecrest College of Hospitality in Lagos, has just entered an academic partnership with the global company Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG). This is in addition to Wavecrest obtaining Institute of Hospitality student membership for their hospitality students through the Institute’s Education Membership Scheme (EMS). Wavecrest College is also an Institute-approved centre authorised to offer Institute of Hospitality International Management Qualifications.
The IHG Academy programme is a collaboration between Intercontinental Hotel Group and educational institutions around the world to provide people with skills development and employment opportunities in one of the world’s largest hotel companies. Other IHG Academy Partners in Africa are located in Kenya, South Africa, Zambia and Egypt.
