Please quote your Membership number on all correspondence and use it as a ‘reference’ when you make a payment. Your Membership number is on your renewals notification and on your original IoH Membership Certificate.
Go Cardless: Available to all members with a UK bank account. Simply, complete the online application to set up a monthly, quarterly or annual membership subscription. Quarterly or monthly payment plans –Payment dates and amounts will vary according to when you start your annual payment plan. All subscriptions run from 1 December to 30 November (12months).
Paypal: Use your Paypal account. Debit/Credit Card – Open Paypal (without logging in), select the credit/debit card payment option, and make the payment for your annual fee.
Bank transfer: Use your online banking facility to pay your subscription. You MUST quote your membership number as the reference so that the funds can be allocated to your membership record.

If your subscription is paid by your company and you need an invoice, Pro-forma invoices can be downloaded as a PDF online from your membership account by logging in.
All members can download a payment receipt by simply logging in to their member account and selecting the ‘Payments and Receipts’ link on the left-hand side of the menu screen.
If you are employed in the UK hospitality, leisure and tourism industries and pay your own subscription, you are entitled to claim UK tax relief. Please claim under: ‘Hospitality Institute of’.
As a registered UK charity, (Charity Number: 326180), UK residents can provide additional charitable support to the IoH by using Gift Aid. Please complete and return the Gift Aid form to help us receive 25p for every £1 donated from the UK Government scheme.
