Launched in 2022, our expert DEIB Council of distinguished industry leaders is committed to advise, guide and help employers tackle the key issues of disability, equality, diversity, and inclusion for both visible and invisible disabilities, in the hospitality industry.

Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, specifically Goal 5 (Gender Equality), Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and Goal 10 (Reduced Inequalities), the Council aims to address challenges in seven areas:
