Following the biggest social media survey of chefs and consumers in the UK. Karen Fewell from Digital Blonde and Sarah Robb from Premier Foods share the findings from the Premier Foods Social Chef Survey on how consumers are using social media to decide where they eat out, and how chefs and hospitality managers can use this information to drive footfall. This is of one of the biggest pieces of research completed on the use of social media in hospitality today.
