The newly re-formed Midlands Branch warmly welcomes you to attend their Summer event.
The venue, Moor Hall Hotel & Spa, is a 4- star country house hotel set in beautiful parkland, approached via a stunning tree lined avenue. It is situated within easy reach of Birmingham, and the major rail and motorway links.
It promises to be an educational, informative and enjoyable afternoon with three fabulous guest speakers and an opportunity to network with Midlands Branch members, meet the new committee members and find out what’s happening within the Branch and industry.

Liam Dillon is chef and owner of award-winning, The Boat Inn in Lichfield, Staffordshire. With previous experience in some of London’s and the world’s best kitchens, think Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley, Eleven Madison Park, Daniel, Gilt, and Tom Sellers, Story. Liam has returned to his hometown with the goal of raising the bar of Birmingham’s dining scene via the opening of his first solo venture, The Boat Inn, in 2017.
