Technology moves quickly. And for hoteliers, knowing what advancements will be beneficial, and those that could prove harmful, can be extremely difficult. No solution currently exemplifies this better than chatbots. The use of artificial intelligence has exploded across other industries, with the majority experiencing the benefits of automating low value tasks in order to improve customer experiences, promote efficiency and cut costs. Yet hospitality lags, as it often does, failing to take advantage of the benefits offered by this emerging technology. So, why should all hoteliers consider the use of chatbots into their properties? And what should a hotelier look for when deciding upon a solution to implement into their operations?
“It’s been a week since I had the pleasure of giving the first webinar for 2020 on behalf of the Institute of Hospitality. I certainly hope you all got a lot out of the session. I definitely had a lot of fun speaking to you all on why it may be worth implementing a chatbot into your operations over the coming year. I’ve had some great feedback from those of you who attended the webinar and have been humbled that many of you have connected with me over LinkedIn and via email. I’ve also very much enjoyed speaking with a number of you about your operations and learning more about the challenges that each different property is currently facing.
Just a friendly reminder that for anyone who attended the webinar, we are happy to extend a 25% discount on our award winning bespoke hotel chatbot. As a team of ex-hotel executives, we understand time is valuable, and we wanted to show our appreciation to everyone for taking the time to participate in the presentation and making it such a success. For those of you who may have missed my contact details, you can reach me on Byron.firstname.lastname@example.org. Even if you are just looking to do some research, please reach out as I’m always happy to have a chat.
Thanks again to the Institute of Hospitality for inviting us to speak and I wish you all great success in 2020!”
