Sussex Branch Annual Black Tie Dinner

After several years away we are delighted to return to this beautiful Victorian mansion house hotel for our Branch Annual Black Tie Dinner.

The hotel is offering us special accommodation rates for this event. Please book your double/twin room at £115 including bed and breakfast for Friday night.

University of Chichester visit

Date: Wednesday 25th February, 6:00 for a 6:30pm start                             

Venue: University of Chichester

Cost: £25 for members and £30 for non-members

The Institute of Sussex Branch is delighted to have gained permission from Chichester University to invite Institute Fellows, Members, their guests and prospective members to join us in a unique opportunity to visit Bishop Otter College.

This is in the old part of Chichester University and is packed with history and character and has been recently refurbished. The college is home to over 3,000 students plus academic, administrative and facilities staff and their visitors. Of special interest will be that the Catering contract for the University was market tested and awarded in September 2013 to Elior UK.

Panache Consulting guided and advised the University through this process and together with the Elior team will be our hosts for the evening. They will explain to us their roles in managing and developing the food service operations, take us behind the scenes and show off their culinary skills with a lovely dinner.

We will meet in the Cloisters Chamber at Bishop Otter College. We will be capping the places available for what we expect to be a very popular event.
