Investor in People success for the Institute

Following recent re-evaluation, the Institute successfully retained it's status as an 'Investor in People', joining over 30,000 other UK organisations who have achieved the Standard.

The IiP Standard is a business improvement tool designed to advance an organisation's performance through its people, through effective management and staff development.
The external assessor gave much positive feedback, as well as a number of ideas for improvement, and commented:
"One could not fail to notice that people are highly focussed on delivering high quality outcomes to ensure client satisfaction and to build on the firm's reputation"

A delighted Philippe Rossiter, Chief Executive said, "With our primary purpose being the promotion of the highest professional standards of management and education, it is important to demonstrate that we practise what we preach. As well as giving us valuable feedback on how we are doing in respect of staff recognition and development, the report demonstrates how we as a team at Trinity Court go about our work, in serving the industry and our members' needs."  He also paid tribute to the "dedication and hard work of his team" and pledged to "forge on with our work, to ensure we can build even further on our achievements".
