Refunds from Phonographic Performance Ltd

A recent copyright tribunal case against Phonographic Performance Ltd (PPL) has found that it overcharged pubs, hotels and restaurants for the right to play music in public areas.

The PPL is issuing letters and claim forms to an estimated 41,000 hotels, restaurant and pub owners.

If you are one of these hospitality operators who pays a licence to the PPL, you should receive your letter by mid-June. If you have NOT received a letter by then, it is very important that you contact PPL directly in order to make a claim.

Write to: PPL, 1 Upper James Street, London, W1F 9DE or call the PPL on: 020 7534 1000
