New for 2009 comes a professional series of regional hospitality Management Briefings, brought to you by the Institute of Hospitality and the Master Innholders, in collaboration with the British Hospitality Association and Springboard.

Get clarification on the Working Time Directive and how you should be managing your staff breaks and rest periods, plus information on EU legislation, labour, taxation and much more.
