New for 2009 comes the launch of a new annual presentation ceremony, designed to reward the organisations doing their very best to demonstrate a true passion for outstanding customer service and quality assurance.
The Hospitality Assured Business Excellence Awards 2009 will recognise 2008’s highest scorers on the journey to becoming ‘Hospitality Assured’. It will also reward the highest scoring newcomer to the Hospitality Assured Standard and the most innovative application of the HA Standard.
By raising the profile of high achieving organisations using sound systematic processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences, the Institute of Hospitality’s Hospitality Assured assessment and evaluation programme is committed to helping businesses drive improvements in operational management that meet and exceed customer expectation.
