Free introduction service matches hotels with trained receptionists

Reception Academy, a London-based training academy, offers hotels free unlimited access to the profiles of fully-trained hotel receptionists who have completed a four- week intensive practical course.

The training includes technical, behavioural and sales skills as well as Opera V5 Full Service and practical experience behind a replica reception desk.

The reception-specific course, which is entirely funded by the students attending the class, was created by collaboration of the founders who themselves had many years of working in hotels such as Hilton and Radisson. Noticing that most applicants for reception duties either lacked the necessary practical experience or the passion for the industry, the course was designed to train exceptional receptionists and make them available for recruitment by Hotels looking for staff. 

Upon registering for Reception Academy’s free service, hotels gain access to the graduate profiles which include: hotel specific CVs, photos, UK contact details, work eligibility, and the positions and locations they are interested in working.  Hotels are free to contact applicants for interviews and offer them direct employment. As the students finance their own training, Reception Academy’s service to hotels will continue to remain completely free.
