Red Carnation Hotels win HR award

Red Carnation Hotels has a winning reputation for training and a number of its employees have completed the Institute of Hospitality’s Management Diplomas. Last month the hotel group won the Excellence in Learning and Development award at the prestigious HR in Hospitality Awards.

Red Carnation Hotels won the award for its programme of excellent service and helping guests get the best value when staying in their hotels.  Liz McGivern, director of HR and training, said: “We are bowled over by this award and the recognition from our industry peers.
