University of West London delivers Institute of Hospitality management qualifications

The University of West London (formerly Thames Valley University) is now offering qualifications in Hospitality and Tourism Management awarded by the Institute of Hospitality.  Employers are invited to attend a launch event on Tuesday 12 July 2011.

The event takes place at the University of West London, Ealing Campus, St Mary's Road, Ealing, W5 5RF, between 6pm-7pm on Tuesday 12 July, 2011.

The Institute's qualifications have been designed in consultation with employers and are offered on an individual unit basis, building into fully accredited and industry leading hospitality management qualifications. Employers can ensure staff have all the practical skills and knowledge required to continue making their business a success.

Professor David Foskett MBE FIH, Head of School at the London School of Hospitality and Tourism says: “We are very pleased to announce that we will be delivering the Institute of Hospitality's Level 2 Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Operations through to a Level 4 Diploma in Advanced Hospitality and Tourism Management from September 2011. Offering these qualifications reinforces the message and importance of continuing professional development amongst those working in the industry locally and I have no doubt that they will prove to be incredibly popular.”
