Graduate expectations

There is growing dissatisfaction from hospitality job seekers over the lack of response to their applications, according to a recent survey of 1,000 international hospitality graduates and 500 current students. The Middle East is the least popular global region when choosing a first job (a worrying fact given the high level of hotel development there) and the percentage of hospitality graduates considering employment outside the sector remains high.
