Discounted Membership of Room Swap

Room Swap, a global service that allows accommodation owners to swap overnight stays, is offering Institute of Hospitality Members a discounted annual subscription of £50.00 compared to the normal price of £80.00.

Room Swap, which currently has 367 members in 57 countries, was founded by Iain Fenwick and Patty Harrison in May 2010 after they recognised the success of similar home-swapping schemes.

Room Swap members are owners of B&Bs, guest houses, hotels and holiday accommodation with the majority located in the UK, Spain, France and the United States.  

Room Swap recommends that its members organise the swap themselves, but the free overnight stays can be enjoyed by friends, family or as a way of rewarding staff. The swap does not have to take place at the same time.  The benefits of becoming a Room Swap member are summarised as follows:
