The Institute's Library and Information Service is a unique collection of resources in the field of hospitality, leisure & tourism (HLT). Members have FREE access to the following specialist information services:

Institute Management Guides in electronic format
an archive of hardcopy books, journals and reports
a document delivery service at specially reduced rates

e-Journal Collection Access Service

The Institute offers members FREE access to over fifty specially selected, full-content journals covering the areas of hospitality, tourism, leisure and general business. Members can download, e-mail and print articles for FREE (in compliance with applicable copyright). The following is a sample of the e-journals titles available to members:
