The Hospitality Assured Forum will provide an update on how clients are doing, will look at new developments for the standard and will provide feedback from clients on key experiences and best practice. If you have suggestions for content we will be delighted to hear from you.
The 2010 awards for 2009 are behind us and the awards arising from 2010 will be on us before we know it,
The Team of the Year and Champion of the Year award winners will come in 2011 from nominations put forward by you our clients and your teams.
We will be looking for nominations for teams by the Hospitality Assured champion in your organisation and we will be looking for nominations from Hospitality Assured clients as to who should be champion of the year. So if your team is putting in special effort in any way shape or form acknowledge it by nominating them next year. If you were encouraged to take on Hospitality by an existing Hospitality Assured accredited organisation we would love to know this. We will be reminding you about this again.
