RQA Ltd Peter has been a Hospitality Assured accredited training provider since its inception in 1998. With a background based in operational management Peter has practical experience of the issues facing catering organisations and businesses that have aspirations to achieve accreditation. He has assisted charities, charitable trusts, hotels, local authority departments and commercial enterprises through the self-review process. Peter’s objective is to ensure that at the end of his initial involvement everybody who has attended understands where their organisation is at the time of the review, where they want to be and how they are going to get there. Every client is provided with their own completed draft Self Review and an Outline Action Plan. If the Action Plan identifies the need for further external support he will be delighted to advise whatever is required. Many clients request that Peter returns just before they apply for accreditation in order to facilitate a further swift review to confirm that they are ready for assessment. |

Tourism Excellence Consultancy Marina has successfully run her own tourism development business since 1996. She is a fully qualified and experienced Hospitality Assured Coach /Trainer having supported a wide range of over 50 businesses through the process throughout Scotland over the past seven years. The approach we adopt with Hospitality Assured is not prescriptive but flexible and individually tailored to ensure that the client’s needs and expectations are supported. Identifying improvement actions through team involvement in the self assessment process builds confidence while at the same time challenges and motivates improvement activity. Practical support and encouragement is provided throughout the process to pre and post assessment to ensure that the business gains maximum benefit from the engagement. During her early career in Hospitality Management she held senior management positions at Aberdeen University and London University She was Hospitality Operations Manager at National Westminster Bank Tower London for four years when it first opened. This combined experience provides her with a versatile array of skills and expertise.

Catlow Consulting Philip Catlow is the Principal of Catlow Consulting. He has been involved with Hospitality Assured since its launch and has helped over 70 organisations to achieve the Standard. From an initial self assessment exercise he will identify where you are now, and what needs to be done prior to external assessment. He will then provide assistance and coaching at an appropriate level to ready your organisation for assessment. Philip also works with organisations who are already accredited, but wish to progress towards and achieve best practise. Philip's career has spanned the hotel, conference and university sectors of the Hospitality industry. He therefore understands the practical issues and challenges, which enables him to relate at all levels to those wishing to achieve accreditation.
