Step 1

Steps 3 - 6

These steps are at the very heart of the HA journey. There is support available to take help you ensure that the principles of Hospitality Assured are effectively transferred into your organisation. A detailed Self Review Pack which will enable an organisation to ascertain how they measure up with the key indicators in the Service Standard and identify what action may be required to meet it is available to purchase online.

Step 7

When confident, an organisation can request an external visit from the scheme’s assessors. The assessment process comprises meeting with and talking to an organisations management team and staff, in situ whenever possible, and with minimum disruption to the working day.
