Executive Council Elections 2010

Three appointments on the Institute of Hospitality Executive Council are to be filled by election in 2010. Fully paid up corporate members are now invited to consider putting their names forward for election.  The attached documentation sets out the role of an Executive Councillor; the timetable and process for the elections; and a nomination form.

The Institute now has a strong governance structure, supported by leading people from all sectors of the industry.  To build upon, and strengthen, the many initiatives undertaken over the past couple of years your Institute requires talented, energetic and enthusiastic members to provide its strategic direction.  Why not become involved in this challenging, but highly rewarding role?

Should you wish to be nominated please read the attached documents carefully. Click here to download the nomination form (or request a paper copy from Kitty Tobin at kitty.tobin@instituteofhospitality.org or by telephone on 00 44 (0) 208 661 4909.  Once you have completed the form please have it signed by two fully subscribed corporate members and submit a hard copy containing original signatures (together with a signed 300 word supporting statement) to the Chief Executive at Trinity Court, 34 West Street, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 1SH,  by 5.00 pm (GMT) on 26th February 2010.
