Institute of Hospitality eLearning ModulesCreated just for hospitality and tourism professionals and students, the Institute's eLearning Modules are located at its Virtual Learning website at: http://moodle.instituteofhospitality.org Available for FREE upon registration on the website, the five modules cover professional and career development, effective study and research skills in hospitality, and an introductory French course teaching hospitality-specific terms. Each module takes only about 20-30 minutes to complete and contains fun exercises, quizzes to self-test. All the modules contain accompanying audio which is particularly appealing to users who may not speak English as a first language. The French module is particularly fun and features a native-French speaker and repetition of French vocabularly to assist users in picking up the language.
